Richard Griffiths
MD
Dr. Griffiths, a lifelong Pennsylvanian, with over 20 years of surgical expertise, joined Physicians Vein Clinics in 2024. He proudly serves patients at the Lancaster, Lebanon, and Reading offices, delivering compassionate, top-tier vein care. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and skiing, reflecting his passion for health and wellness.

Caitlin
Patient Care Coordinator, Scheduling, Billing
Caitlin is our front desk specialist, assisting with check-ins, scheduling, billing questions and helps out with several other tasks as needed. She lives locally with her two sons and stays busy with their sports and activities. Caitlin also travels to all offices to support patients and the team.
Erica
LPN, Clinic Manager, Authorizations, Scheduling
Erica manages patient care, assists with procedures, handles insurance authorizations, and promotes the practice at local health fairs. She works across all offices and is dedicated to ensuring a smooth experience for patients. In her free time, Erica enjoys family time, Hershey Bears hockey, camping, and caring for her "zoo" of 3 cats and 2 dogs.
Liesel
RVT
Liesl provides high-quality venous studies and assists with ultrasounds during procedures across all our offices, ensuring exceptional care with her expertise in the venous system. She lives in Lancaster with her husband and two children and co-owns Sprout-Rice & Noodles, a popular Vietnamese eatery. In her free time, Liesl enjoys family time and Irish dancing.
Tanya
Patient Care Coordinator, Scheduling
Tanya plays a vital role in assisting with procedures and ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their experience. With years of healthcare experience, she supports Dr. Griffiths daily and travels to all offices to provide exceptional care. Outside of work, Tanya enjoys camping and supporting her son in quarter-midget racing with her family.
